- Summary:
- The poet O. Gwiriri shows us that when a country has its own spirits that protect it from troubles. Spirits have always informed about what has happened, what is happening and what will happen. As for the country that uses mediums and amulets, Since ancient times, mihradzimu are performed in the form of chanting and offering to witches, witches and spirits. Climbing the mountain is a circle. Therefore, the spirits convey the complaints and journeys of their youth, moving along the lines of greatness, when they have reached Musikavanhu. In this book we see the fall and curse, death, accident and so on; which shows that the spirits have ignored or even interrupted fertility. Intercession to the spirits is expressed in the form of supplication, thanksgiving or cursing. The tradition of invoking the spirits when a person is born, is pregnant, travels, gets married or gets married, dies and so on is full. This is probably the first book of mihradzimu composed by a single poet.
