LIBRA Rare ND2897.L66 L36 1924 is the gift of Jonathan J.G. Alexander, 2023. Manuscript letter on embossed letterhead of 28, Pembroke Gardens, Kensington, W. dated 13 June 1926 from Eric G. Millar to Sydney Carlyle Cockerell affixed to front pastedown. Dated 20th-century manuscript inscription ("S.C. Cockerell from Eric G. Millar") recording the gift of this volume from Millar to Cockerell on half-title leaf of first work in volume. Manuscript note ("The main portion of this MS. is Douce 118 in the Bodleian Library (= Summary Cat., no. 21692), a Psalter with Kalendar and Litanry. The heraldi line-endings etc. have not been repainted. I found this portion accidentally in February 1926. E.G.M") by Millar at head of first page of "Livre d'heures exécuté pour Joffroy d'Aspremont et pour sa femme Isabelle de Kievraing".
