She was one of six contributors of the first International Handbook of Financial Literacy (2018) and co-author of Singapore: The Fintech Nation (2020). Dr Koh was formerly a Senior Lecturer at the National Institute of Education (NTU) for 17 years, where she initiated financial literacy programmes and education activities for undergraduates and educators, and was chair of the Citi-NIE Financial Literacy Hub for Teachers. Chris Teo is a creative entrepreneur and founder of SmartCo, an education company that impart values to future-proof one's financial well-being through fun and engaging content. He has conceptualised various educational tech products throughout his
- career, advocating technology and gamification in learning. Using proven pedagogies and foundational learning theories, he has designed learning workshops on universal positive values for students and teachers in Singapore schools.
