Summary:
In response to Scotland's ambitious target of achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2045, a team of MBA students from the Strategic Project Management program at Edinburgh Napier University launched a comprehensive sustainability awareness campaign. The goal was to increase student engagement with the national climate objectives and inspire actionable steps toward a sustainable future. Drawing on project management best practices, the team coordinated a series of events, digital campaigns, and partnerships with external eco-friendly organizations, while navigating complex logistical and stakeholder coordination challenges. This case study provides an opportunity for students to evaluate the project's execution, apply key project management concepts, and assess how effectively the campaign met its objectives within the prescribed timeline and sustainability goals.
