In response to Scotland's ambitious target of achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2045, a team of MBA students from the Strategic Project Management program at Edinburgh Napier University launched a comprehensive sustainability awareness campaign. The goal was to increase student engagement with the national climate objectives and inspire actionable steps toward a sustainable future. Drawing on project management best practices, the team coordinated a series of events, digital campaigns, and partnerships with external eco-friendly organizations, while navigating complex logistical and stakeholder coordination challenges.
