In an information-explosion era, with the gradually increasing Traffic Acquisition Cost of advertising, more and more brand owners are struggling to find ways to improve the conversion rate of ADs. Meanwhile, as science and technology continue developing, a growing number of advertisements are merging with everyday scenes of consumers, which is opportunity and challenge for advertising media enterprises. Among these, intelligent outdoor media on car windows is a typical representative. This case starts with developing Be-Tiger Technology, a provider of intelligent technology for car windows and an advertising agency. Be-Tiger Technology, founded in 2015, launched the world's first car mobile intelligence for online new media used in outdoor advertising. Thus, Founder Wang Jianfeng and his Be-Tiger Technology found new market opportunities and quickly exploited its technical superiority to get established in the taxi car-mounted media industry. Be-Tiger's development wasn't all plain sailing, it was faced with a strategic decision-making problem-market selection. Thanks to its car media technical barrier, which is leading, fast-moving, dynamic, and precise, the market of Be-Tiger Technology has been expanded from regional to national scope. By 2019, the total installation capacity of car media is 14,000 in Shanghai and Guangzhou, while by 2020, a total of about 100,000 taxis had been contracted nationwide. But now, as more and more competitors have poured into the outdoor media industry in the era of Internet of Things, Be-Tiger Technology has to think about the following question: as an advertising media enterprise that relies on automotive Internet of Things services, how to better adjust and innovate its business model and marketing services, to quickly adapt to the ever-changing and highly competitive outdoor advertising industry.
