The information also includes consumer behavior data, sales reports, and financial statements. As a first step, students prepare a CSR strategy for MinSim, after a tragedy in one of their subcontracted production sites, based on the attached documents. They recommend next steps the company should take to survive the consumer backlash. Then they are asked to assess their decisions and compare them with the actual choices that the described company made until the beginning of 2019. Afterward, given new data, students reformulate their previous CSR strategy and recommend their next strategic decisions the MinSim cofounders should take.
