In this Data Challenge, students work as independent consultants advising HuHuu's CEO and founder, Mikael, on his company's expansion. HuHuu is a Finnish e-commerce platform. The Challenge presents HuHuu's foreign market entry strategy between 2006 and 2023 and examines two aspects of the strategy: the evolution of the company's internationalization approach and the acquisition process that was finalized in Poland between 2021 and 2023.
