This book is an adaptation of an investigation presented to the César Vallejo University, which aimed to analyze what were the difficulties in the financial inclusion of the Municipal Office for Attention to Persons with Disabilities District of Paramonga (Peru). It was a qualitative approach, the type of research was basic, the research design was a case study. Semi-structured interviews, observation and documentary analysis were used as techniques. In addition, the inductive method was used for the development and analysis of information collected within the study unit. The results allowed us to conclude that there are difficulties regarding the financial inclusion of the Municipal Office for Attention to Persons with Disabilities, due to a lack of articulation between public and private organizations due to the lack of adequate information regarding the benefits of financial inclusion. for this social group. There is an effort to achieve this inclusion, as well as a regulatory framework in this regard; but due to the lack of articulation, the implemented strategies do not benefit the population with disabilities in order to achieve their effective inclusion within society.

El presente libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad César Vallejo, que tuvo como objetivo analizar cuáles fueron las dificultades en la inclusión financiera de la Oficina Municipal de Atención a las Personas con Discapacidad Distrito de Paramonga (Perú). Fue de enfoque cualitativo, el tipo de investigación fue básica, el diseño de investigación fue estudio de caso. Se empleó como técnicas entrevistas semi estructuradas, observación y análisis documental. Además, se utilizó el método inductivo para el desarrollo y análisis de información recabada dentro de la unidad de estudio. Los resultados permitieron concluir que existen dificultades respecto a la inclusión financiera de la Oficina Municipal de Atención a las Personas con discapacidad, producto de una falta de articulación entre los organismos públicos y privados por la falta de información adecuada respecto a los beneficios de la inclusión financiera para este grupo social. Existe un esfuerzo por lograr esta inclusión, así como un marco normativo al respecto; pero debido a la falta de articulación las estrategias implementadas no resultan en beneficio para la población con discapacidad a fin de lograr su efectiva inclusión dentro la socieda
