This is another scientific publication that is the aftermath of a series of conferences under the title OCHRONA ZDROWIA I GOSPODARKA. The monograph is dedicated to the memory of Prof. Kazimierz Ryć, an outstanding economist, scientist, one of the initiators of the establishment of the Center for Health Care Management at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, and the scientific editor of all the monographs in the series published so far.
