Dated 19th-century manuscript ownership inscription ("Thomas Bentley's 1808.") on verso of blank leaf preceding half-title leaf. Bookseller's manuscript notes in pencil on front free endpaper and verso of back free endpaper. Bookseller's description of this copy laid in. Leaves C1-C2, E5-E6, and F1-F2 unopened at head edge. Tail outer corner of leaf C6 torn off with minimal loss of text.
