This dataset is designed for learning how to conduct and interpret factor analysis. The dataset is a cut-down version of the Opinions and Lifestyle Survey, Well-Being Module, April-May 2015, and will be used to examine an exploratory factor analysis of respondents' "Overall Life Satisfaction." This guide works with the same dataset as "Learn How to Create New Variables From Existing Ones in SPSS" in this series of guides as it is one of the processes carried out to determine the validity of a newly created variable. The dataset file is accompanied by a student guide, and a how to guide for IBM® SPSS®.
