Summary:
A program for an African American fashion show to benefit the Afro-American Federation, a Germantown organization "created for the purpose of relieving some of the tensions, pressures, and frustrations existing in the Northwest District of Philadelphia through programs designed to relate to youth and channel their energies into constructive projects." The program begins by highlighting the clothing companies composing the Retail Ladies Wear and Mfg. Association, followed by information on the AAF, a list of models (three photographs), photographs of the musical groups performing (Sister Sledge, The New Side of Town, and The Novaks), a centerfold program, and a list of patrons. The rest of the booklet consist of adverts for local businesses (12 pages worth) and two blank pages for autographs.
