Summary:

This study investigates the mediating role of creativity and the moderating role of well-being in the relationship between student leadership and academic success among secondary school students in Pakistan. The findings indicate that both leadership and creativity significantly contribute to academic success, while well-being does not have a statistically significant moderating effect. The research suggests the need for educational interventions based on positive psychology principles to enhance student outcomes and calls for further exploration of cultural influences on these relationships.
