- Fluid loop modelling has been added to the capabilities of the thermal analyser ESATAN. Predictions of pressure and mass flow rate, in addition to the thermal solution, may now be obtained in one dimensional piped fluid networks. Such predictions may be steady state or transient, with single or homogeneous two phase flow.The user interface has been designed for compatibility with conventional ESATAN model input, by definition of fluid nodes and links. Predefined models of common fluid loop hardware are provided as part of the software package.Analysis may be all-fluid, all-thermal, or both fluid and thermal simultaneously
