Summary:
Like in most technical disciplines, there seems to have been a gap in SERVO between the theoretical design and the reality of a system, as it can be measured. This software is intended to bridge the gap: by allowing combination of measured data, transferred from a two channel FFT analyzer, with further calculation of the open-loop function, and synthesis of other elements in the forward path (like a phase compensator), it is possible to improve the results measured on a prototype until they fulfill the requirements.Excitation signals available for measurement of a Frequency Response Function include Swept Sine, Random and Burst Random Noise, and impulse. Synthesis capabilities include pole, zero, integration, differentation, 2nd order system, phase lead and lag, and open and closed-loop calculation
