Summary:
RESULTS OF AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY on the implementation of adaptive hydraulic mounts are presented. The objective of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of adaptive hydraulic mounts in reducing frame vibrations to increase passenger comfort. The experimental study is conducted on a rear-wheel drive truck equipped with an in-line four cylinder engine. Details of experimental equipment, hardware implementation, and control design are reviewed. Experimental results are presented and discussed
