Summary:
AbstractThe brake fluid vacuum supply system invented by the writer is a completely new type developed through tests with attention focused on brake fluid itself. The air (about 1.5% volume) trapped in brake fluid is removed by atomizing the brake fluid in a vacuum tank. Then, after vacuumizing the brake piping to a high degree of vacuum, the brake fluid is supplied into the piping. The brake piping still has some air remaining in it but dissolves into the fluid until the brake piping is completely free of air. This system provides highly reliable brake systems, and improves working environmental conditions and saves labor
