Summary:

A simplified dilution tunnel system for development purposes is presented. Comparisons are made to a full-size CVS system, and statistical data for the correlation between the systems are presented. Variations within the system were found to be of normal levels, and the correlations for CO2, CO and NOx were acceptable. For HC and particulates where greater differences were observed between systems, the causes are identified and suggestions made for improvements
