Summary:
Precision Applied Tillage is a new tillage system being developed for a wide variety of conditions. This system offers the most desirable conditions for plant growth by providing a loose, pulverized compaction free production zone and a hard untilled traffic zone to support vehicle tires. This system will reduce erosion, improve water infiltration and crop yields while decreasing tillage costs. Precision Applied Tillage can offer most of the advantages of Conventional Tillage, Minimum Tillage, No-Tillage, and Ridge Tillage with few of the disadvantages
