A new, air cooled, rotary-trochoidal engine for industrial and recreational applications was designed and developed during the last eight years at SYVARO, Limited Engine features, structure, and development are discussed leading to the point where die-cast production could be offered for market penetration trials. In-depth description of the engine's specific components - peripheral cooled rotor housing, high pressure die-cast end housings, rotor, crankshaft, and bearings - is followed by the discussion of its auxiliary systems and accessories - cooling, lubricating, ignition and starting.
