- Japan Automobile Research Institute, Incorporated (JARI) carried out three types of tests on the Minicars RSV's (hereafter referred to as M-RSV's) from April 1980 to July 1980, according to the "Memorandum of Agreements Concerning Test Program for Research Safety Vehicles" that had been concluded between the Department of Transportation (DOT) of the US government and the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) of the Japanese government.The foregoing three types of tests will be discussed in this report
