Summary:
A new type of the complex-compound/ammonia coolers, refrigerators and heat pumps based on heating/cooling with the help of the heat pipe heat exchangers are designed and tested, which can be applied in the dual-use technologies with different energy sources (gas flame, electricity, solar energy).Five different experimental set-up were testing using active carbon-fiber sorbent beds with and without of metal chlorides as chemicals.A new prototype of the refrigerator/dryer was designed which could be used to have a temperature interval inside the cooling chamber 0-10 °C and the temperature inside of the drying chamber around 60 °C.This device is nature friendly and is functioning without valves and moving parts
