- A new conceptual computer simulation program has been developed, tested and shows considerable promise as a training medium for fire fighter and emergency medical personnel in responding to aircraft accident emergencies.Through desk-top multimedia intelligent tutor computer applications, emergency response personnel through a menu program format can select and respond to an accident scenario, work through a series of decision tree models typical of the aircraft catagory, structural design, accident location, impact condition and position, causality levels, and potential fire (fuels, lubricants and compressed gases) hazards. Computer displays include graphics, color photo images, short full motion video coupled with artificial intelligence tutoring capabilities
