- Summary:
- An automatically articulating seat which compensates for lateral acceleration has been developed. The seat provides additional lateral support by moving seat torso bolsters towards the occupant. The support is provided on the side needed and can accommodate any size occupant. This additional lateral support during cornering reduces fatigue and enhances comfort. The activation and deactivation thresholds can be adjusted to any desired setting
