Due to heat deterioration, maintenance problems, and other economic factors, industry needed improved tires for off-highway production bottom dumps and scrapers. Tests have shown the dual tire design to be the answer to the heat problem, and giving improved ride, steering and controllability, machine performance and durability, tread life, ease of maintenance, and tire and rim savings.
