In operation, trained specialists using specially designed techniques and procedures subject the vehicle to over 66 different tests and observations, evaluating and comparing to standards the performance of all the major systems and components of the vehicle. A completed report of these findings, when analyzed, provides a more composite story of the car problems and needs, thereby providing a sound basis for economical and accurate repairs and adjustments.A discription is presented of the first Repair Center opened outside Philadelphia, Pa. in November 1962
