- Summary:
- A digital computer model that simulates the logic, time and physical parameters of integrated space or weapon system man/machine functions. Current computer printout from Atlas and Centaur pilot models will provide a time and sequence oriented description of most system functional relationships down to the part and task level. Such data will be used to assure that new systems operate as intended before drawings are transformed into hardware. With additional analysis and processing, model data becomes the basis for a fault isolation aid that significantly reduces system downtime. Future applications of the model include its use in reliability and cost effectiveness evaluation
