The revolutionary radial steel tire has not only doubled rubber life, as compared with that of the conventional tire carcass, but has also doubled mileage capacity of heavy duty tires, though using only half the quantity of tread rubber. Its unique construction has produced an 820% fuel savings, or about 3090% of overall tire cost. Additional high mileage is made possible by the Renovex system, which replaces steel layers whenever recapping is impractical. Higher carrying capacity and better cushioning, which protects perishable goods and vehicle parts, contribute to its proven economic and service benefits to truck owners
