This paper discusses the development and construction of a Mobile Telemetry Instrument Facility (MTIF) used for the acquisition of dynamic vehicle test data by the Amerco Technical Center. Objectives of the MTIF are maximum flexibility, highest degree of accuracy, and quickest response during dynamic test activities.
