Summary:

An urban planning director enumerates seven community problems which a PRT developer may encounter and suggests procedures to overcome these problems. The use of expanded interprofessional teams, together with recent city planning techniques to ensure citizen, business and political participation during system definition and promotional stages of PRT development, is recommended.
