- Japanese power tillers and farm tractors are designed to ensure that they are best suited for the paddy fields, and automatic threshers have an established reputation for function and performance. In addition, binders, head feeding combines (mini combines), rice transplanters, and power dusters with "dusting hose" have been developed successfully in recent years in Japan. Full mechanization of rice cultivation in the paddy field by means of these machines is now almost complete. The features of the equipment are described in this paper
