This requires conveying actions such as climb, lift or operate, and it requires a method to convey the state of the virtual world. This paper describes a possible standard protocol to query figure models for information such as the human's posture, clothing worn or an object's location. This protocol was derived from user requirements and specifications of several commercial figure models.
