Summary:
Although most of the recent studies on lithium batteries have been focused on liquid systems, the "dry" solid polymer electrolytes are still regarded as a potential alternative for large traction batteries employing a metallic lithium anode. The most advanced solid electrolytes are based on poly (ethylene oxide) that has been chemically modified to decrease the crystallinity and perfluoroimide salts which should lower the operating temperature to 60- 80 °C. This work concerns a new type of solid electrolytes composed of various lithium salts
