- This paper presents a dynamic Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach to analyze production activities in order to meet the recycling requirements put forth by the Vehicle End-of-Life (VEOL) Directive proposed by the European Union. Specifically, a dynamic method is used to appropriately examine life-cycle issues that affect future recycling activities.
