- This work presents the elements that demonstrate the use of a new mental concept (mindset), a way of thinking and interacting with the most diverse corporate situations in an independent and mature way to act with the best decision for the business. Based on a decision model by a systemic logic that naturally seeks to become a habit, with applications in the most diverse situations, being applied in an auto parts industry in the Brazilian national market.
