- This paper summarizes the benefits, technical approach, and lessons learned from applying a Model-Based Product Line Engineering (MBPLE) approach to manage a mixed portfolio of systems at Project Manager (PM) Self-Propelled Howitzer Systems (SPHS) within Program Executive Office (PEO) Ground Combat Systems (GCS).
