Summary:

In order to improve the quality of automotive lamps and to reduce their production processes, we developed a new technology where film forming on resin materials and component mounting are carried out consecutively after conventional injection molding within one set of molds. For film forming within injection molds, we developed sputtering equipment and various control systems for injection molding and film forming. As a result, production of a side turn signal lamp in the area of injection molding machine size within a short time can be achieved
