The world of globalization and competitive pricing structure always leads to Outsourcing. A number of companies have used outsourcing as a tool to reduce cost or make some processes more efficient.Instead of directly jumping to outsourcing as a solution, companies need to analyze the issue systematically. Some companies in the world use a systematic approach to outsourcing and some don't. At least every company and management needs to know certain guidelines for outsourcing.
