Donated in honor and memory of Jean and Dr. Alfred Moldovan. Illustrated bookplate ("EX LIBRIS MOLDOVAN FAMILY") on front pastedown. Largely illegible round blue ink library stamp with manuscript shelf-mark(?), the whole struck through in pencil on blank leaf preceding added engraved title leaf; two illegible rectangular blue ink stamps ("Bibl. Coll. Neom. S.J.") of the Jesuit library of Berchmanianum (Nijmegen, Netherlands) on blank leaf preceding added engraved title leaf. Manuscript bibliographical notes in pencil on front free endpaper. Title leaf of 2. deel is state A (title with "Het tvveede deel" and imprint with "Knobbaert"). Bound in 1 volume. Occasional wormholes in tail margin of leaves.
