Also issued separately? - First line of the last paragraph on p. [1] ends "favour". Another edition, similar in appearance to this, may be distinguished by the absence of a comma after the word "address" in title, and other minor differences. In that edition, the first line of the last paragraph on p. [1] ends "favour sla-".
