I send it back with a few Marginal Notes (perhaps of no great Importance) made in Reading it, requesting it may be return'd to me"; (P 19: 179); MS table of contents of the vol. on flyleaf in William Temple Franklin's hand; three leaves of following item misbound between H4 and I1; purchased from Dufief, 1801- 03, by Col. William Duane; sold by him in 1822 to the Athenaeum of Philadelphia (68); sold in turn by it, 22 December 1885, to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.
