Maps engraved by John Scoles, Benjamin Tanner, John Roberts, Alexander Anderson, David Martin, and William Rollinson.
Two settings of type of the title page noted. In one, the word "viz." is set in Roman type; in the other, it is set in italic, and the period is omitted. The ornaments vary.
Some copies include a "Plan for the City of Washington .. Pollinson sculpt. N. York Publish'd by I. Reid L. Wayland and C. Smith 1795," atttributed to Andrew Ellicott (Bristol B9088).
