An abstract or abridgment of the laws made and past by William Penn absolute proprietary, and governour in chief of the province of Pensilvania and territories thereunto belonging, with the advice and consent of the free-men thereof in Generall-Assembly mett at New-Castle the fourteenth-day of October and continued by adjournment till the twenty-seventh of November in the year 1700.
