"Discourses on the publick revenues, and on the trade of England. Which more immediately treat of the foreign traffick of this kingdom. ... Part II. ..." has a separate dated title page, separate pagination and register.
"An essay on the East-India trade" has a separate undated title page with imprint "... printed for J.K.", separate pagination, and with register begining on quire 3A.
"A discourse upon improving the revenue" identified as Wing X18 on UMI microfilm set "Early English books, 1641-1700", reel 523.
