It was originally issued separately in 1681 (Wing B2759; Evans 279).
- Includes "Wame ketoohomae uketoohomaongash David" (caption title), i.e. The Psalms of David in meter, on leaves ²2K3-2Y⁴ and "Noowomoo Wnttinnoowaonk God" (caption title), i.e. "Rules for Christian living" by John Eliot on [2Z]1.
- The first leaf and the last leaf are blank.
