"VVusku Wuttestamentum nul-Lordumun Iesus Christ nuppoquohwussuaeneumun" (New Testament) has separate register and title page with imprint "Cambridge, printed for the Right Honourable Corporation in London, for the propogation [sic] of the Gospel among the Indians in New-England 1680". It was originally issued separately in 1681 (Wing B2759; Evans 279).
Includes "Wame ketoohomae uketoohomaongash David" (caption title), i.e. The Psalms of David in meter, on leaves ²2K3-2Y⁴ and "Noowomoo Wnttinnoowaonk God" (caption title), i.e. "Rules for Christian living" by John Eliot on [2Z]1.
The first leaf and the last leaf are blank.
A variant recorded in some presentation copies has a one-leaf dedication to Robert Boyle inserted after the title page. Cf. Pilling, J.C. Bibliography of the Algonquian languages.
