Bound with Oration, q.v.; item 9 in volume. Modern half sheep over contemporary marbled boards; bound with other items. Dedicated to Franklin; signature cut off from upper right corner of title; purchased from Dufief, 1801- 03, by Col. William Duane; sold by him in 1822 to the Athenaeum of Philadelphia; sold in turn by it, 22 December 1885, to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.
