Bishope. Variant: D4r has "And reprinted the 12th of the 6th month, 1665" following the original printing date and preceding "George Fox the Younger". Underneath the rule, in place of "The End", there is a 5-line statement which begins, "Another faithful and timely warning from the Lord, ...". On D4v, the statement "To the King" is followed by a rule, under which is added a postscript of 15 lines including the word "postscript".
