Preaching peace by Jesus Christ describ'd and urg'd, as the principal design of the Gospel-ministry. A sermon delivered in the audience of the ministers of the province of the Massachusetts-Bay in New-England, at their annual convention in Boston, on May 31st 1753. Which was followed with a collection for the propagation of the Gospel. And is now published at the desire of several ministers, and other gentlemen, who heard it; to whom it is humbly dedicated.
