Report of the Committee appointed the twelfth of November last, on so much of the message of the President of the United States as relates to an amelioration of the form of government of the Territory of Louisiana; to whom was referred the third ultimo, a memorial in the French language, with a translation thereof, from sundry planters, merchants and other inhabitants of the said Territory of Louisiana. 25th January, 1805.
