"The table."--28 p., 2nd numbered count. "The foregoing table extends to page 337 (including it)"--p. 28. Pages 335-337 (Evans 5236) contain laws passed in March 1743, with imprint: Boston, N.E. Printed and sold by Samuel Kneeland and Timothy Green .. MDCCXLIII, and were probably issued separately before the index was printed.
